Family Dinner • February 2026 • the LAW arrived in more ways than one

When I say the LAW arrived in more ways than one here On The One Four One, I mean it! My newest Great, Lee Allan, made his debut appearance for Family dinner. Jordan stopped by for a quick bite while on his lunch between calls before having to leave on another call. And, when you are working evenings; dinner is lunch.

February 2026 Menu:

  • Homemade Spaghetti Sauce
  • Homemade Lasagna
  • Salad – Olive Garden Style
  • Garlic Cheese Toast
  • Brushetta
  • Strawberry Cheesecake
  • Panna Cotta with Red Raspberries and Blackberries
  • Mini Strawberry Cupcakes
  • Cream Puffs
  • Tea – Pink Lemonade – Strawberry Milk
  • Treat Bags for The Greats

I saw a cute decorating video on TikTok that I incorporated as my loves entered our home.

Serving and Protecting Our Community

The Greats are looking forward to our March Family Dinner as I showed them the collection of boxes in all shapes and sizes since December for the making of their leprechaun traps. I love watching them turn boxes, construction paper, popsicle sticks and pipe cleaners into masterpieces that can trick the sneakiest of leprechauns!

Since Family Dinner, the snow and ice is slowing giving it up. This winter is the first time in 24 years of living here that I was not able to make it all the way up the driveway to the garage due to the snow and ice. Ohio weather is just short of crazy as this week coming the temperatures are predicted to be in the mid 60s!

Until next time ~ XOXO ~ PGWW

  1. He’s here! Love his entrance in the hallway. He is so handsome… the hair! Very sweet photos of LAW and the whole family. I love the idea of you taking his photo in the chair once a month for his first year… at Family Dinner? Oh my… sigh… so much love there.

I did not realize how much wintry weather you have. Reminds me of Missour-ee but I think Ohio is much colder. We don’t miss Missouri winters, maybe a little—lots of ice. We had Tiny Ten Acres in Missouri and my heart misses every tiny ten acres of it. The photo with the moon… the One Four One is lovely every season, day and night.

Found myself smiling hearing the excited voices of the kids waiting for the siren. Well, I will be looking forward to the leprechaun traps in March! Thank you for sharing, Paula!
