Good gracious I created a dish today that I will be sure to take to events this summer!! Everything I used came from Aldi’s – except for the McCormick’s Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme. Enjoy!
Cheese Tortellini – season water with salt and boil for 2 minutes. Drain. Place in refrigerator until cool. I boiled mine the night before and refrigerated overnight.
To the cheese tortellini add:
Diced Vegetables – You choose how much of each to add.
Roma Tomatoes – core and seed
Small English Cucumbers – peeled
Red Pepper – core and seed
Broccoli – I used just the florets not the stems
Marinated Mozzarella Balls – cut in half and in half again
Pepperoni – diced
Marinating Sauce
1 Cup Zesty Italian Dressing
1 Cup Real Mayonnaise
3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon McCormick’s Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme
Whisk together, pour over cheese tortellini vegetable and gently blend together with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least half an hour. It’s that simple!!!
