It is pouring the rain here today. I would love to be hanging out pool side sipping on what we have coined – the Shannon Special.
A little bit of ice, a couple of lime wedges squeezed in and a Michelob Ultra. Refreshing and delicious! A friend of ours introduced these to us one evening after dinner at their house and at first I was like – oh I don’t think I’m going to like this. Boy was I wrong!
And yes, I’ve been told that Michelob Ultra makes a lime beverage, however, it isn’t anything like the Shannon Special! It’s fun to make and even more fun with friends! When I am ready for another one, I just add more ice and lime and MU! The flavor of the lime just keeps building. Simple but so good!
